Plant Maze

A plant maze is a shoe box with all the holes covered up except one hole one of the short sides of the box and the lid. It’s got a cardboard maze made in the box with a plastic cup at the bottom with dirt and a bean seed in it.

What You Need:
A shoe box
A plastic cup
Dirt/soil
A bean seed
Extra cardboard
Sellotape
News paper
Scissors
Paint and paintbrush
Step 1. Grab your shoe box and cover up all the holes using the newspaper and sellotape. (Remember not to seal up the lid.)

Step 2. Take the plastic cup and fill it with dirt and plant the bean seed in the cup.

Step 3. Put the cup on the bottom of the box vertically.

Step 4.  Using the extra cardboard make your maze in the box by placing the cardboard in the box and sellotape both sides to the wall. (Remember to make the wall as tall as the box.)

Step 5. Cut a hole on the opposite side of the box to the plant.

Step 6. Now put the lid on and paint the box any colour you like.

Step 7. Check your box on a daily basis and water your plants and take photos three times a day to watch it grow.
